Upcoming Annual Meeting

Our Annual Shutdown and Beyond
By the time you read this, the new spa and deck should be completed. This will be a fantastic upgrade for Casa de la Playa and we anticipate that everyone will be very pleased with the new deck and spa. The deck will have more square footage allowing for additional lounge chairs and tables. There will also be two barbecues with an outdoor sink between them. There is also a new sidewalk access to the property. The front steps remain but the walk itself should be easier to wheel up any luggage you may have. The new lighting upgrades have been completed which provides better lighting in all the suites and adds a more modern look to our kitchens.

Bonus Time
The nightly rate for Bonus Time will increase this year. The new Bonus Time rate will be $110.00 per night for a weekly rate of $770.00.
